Salmon served stuffed with chicken ursia (mashed rice and chicken) served with an Omani tursha (gravy)

Risotto cooked in Chef Salim’s secret date & Omani spices rub, served with rice browned onions, raisins & nuts, & spicy lemon chutney on the side



Risott Ala Paplo

Omani king fish, broth cooked with Omani spices, tomatoes, scallions, herbs, Dried Lemon, traditionally served with white rice. However, on Chef Salim’s Guest Chef appearance in Italy it was turned into a risotto
